After a long time trying different Cores I decided to make a new EasyEmu for Aion 3.0/3.1

Its build on Novos EasyAionEmu, with a new SVN and a new Core!

Anleitung zum erfolgreichen downloaden, compilieren und starten des AION Emulators:

1.
downloade und entpacke "Dwarfpickers_Easy_AionU3jEmu_Repack_0.0.4.rar"

2.
Starte "Start AIONEmulator.bat" um den Server zu starten.
Wenn der Server noch nicht installiert wurde, wird eine Erstinstallation ausgeführt.

3.
Account erstellen:
Automatische Account erstellung mit dem Client

Wenn du "Admin/GM" sein willst:
logg dich aus, öffne Navicat, öffne die "aj_login" Datenbank und suche
deinen Account in der tabelle "account_data".
Setze in der "access_level" Spalte deines AccountNamens "5" für full admin
Relogge dein Character.
(Database Login: User: root - Password: aion - Port: 3316)

Zum Starten des Servers immer Punkt 2. ausführen,
um den Server von Zeit zu Zeit upzudaten,
wechsle in den Ordner "SVN AIONEmu Source" und klicke auf "1. SVN Update Source.bat" und führe alle schritte aus.
Achtung: Alle existierenden character / Accounts aus der alten Datenbank gehen dabei verloren!
Backup der alten Datenbank wird im Ordner "\SVN AIONEmu Source\tools\Database Installer" erstellt.


Optional:
Gehe in den Ordner "Dwarfpickers_Easy_AionU3jEmu_Repack\AIONEmulator\gameserver\config\"
öffne die "default.config" mit Notepad. (Oder die benötigte...)
Stelle hier noch weitere Optionen ein wie z.B. AutoLearn Skill, Doprate etc.


Aion Server veröffentlichen:
Öffne die Datei "ipconfig.xml" aus "Dwarfpickers_Easy_AionU3jEmu_Repack\AIONEmulator\gameserver\config" mit Notepad:

Tutorial HowTo download, compile and start and the AionEmu Emulator:

1.
download and unpack "Dwarfpickers_Easy_AionU3jEmu_Repack_0.0.4.rar"

2.
To start the Server, just click on: "Start AIONEmulator.bat"
If the Server is not installed (first run), it will start a first installation routine.

3.
Create an Account:
Automatic account creation with client

If you want to be "Admin/GM":
log out, open Navicat, open the "aj_login" Database and look for
your Account the table "account_data".
Set the "access_level" column of your Account to "5" for admin
Relog your character to take effect.
(Database Login: User: root - Password: aion - Port: 3316)

To Start the Server, do Step 2.
To update the Server by yourself,
go into the folder "SVN AIONEmu Source" and click on "1. SVN Update Source.bat" and follow all steps.
Warning: All existing character / Accounts from the Database get lost!

Optional:
Go to the folder "Dwarfpickers_Easy_AionU3jEmu_Repack\AIONEmulator\gameserver\config\"

Set other Options if you want, like: Rates, Drops, Skill AutoLearn, and so on.


Make the Aion Server public:

Wait... from the very beginning to the end of this really short tutorial I'll have a completely functional Aion server or is there a few things with the database I still have to do myself?

If this is all completely beginning from end I fucking love you, all the tutorials on here have broken links and I just want a small server for me and 3-4 friends to goof around on. :(

If this works, I'll LIKE you from now until the end of time ._. (Maybe not quite that long, but you can expect a full month at least)


EDIT: I can make an account and log in, but at the server select screen when I click "Test Server" it just loads and loads forever. I've had the window open for half an hour and nothing has happened. :(

Remember to update your bin32 folder. Also, make sure your MySQL username and pass are correct.

At the moment I am working on an Aion MULTI-CORE EasyEmu!

With that you can choose wich core you want to install and run.

atm:
1. AionGalaxy best core for aion 2.8
2. U3j Core - buggy but big comunity and lots of Updates
3. Celestial Core - most advanced core but less updates

currently searching for 1-2 Cores and than releasing it.

All Cores in one pack and 1 Click Install & Run for each core!

Which core would be best if I was only planning on using a small server for a handful of friends? Galaxy?

Galaxy if you using Aion 2.8, else celestial wich comes with my next easy emu!

I've got a new problem now, whenever I launch my batch file to open the game, something called "Frost Security" pops up, there's an error saying "Problems during Frost updating" then an Aion error saying "This program is unavailable in your country".


How can I fix this? I already tried re-installing Aion completely.

Try changing the Country Code in your game server config file.

Go to aion folder L10N and look if you have ENG or ENU i have na and i changed like this i will put with big letters where u must change:

PS: It's working but is very very bugged i tryed a elyos sm you can't even gather/kill anything you can't realy do anything:P

hi Dwarfpicker, thanks for this re pack, I've got an emulator running back in 2.0, had a lot of fun, been trying to find a working emulator for 3.0 for a while, I'm really happy to see this work u done, I've tried it out, but when i start the first installation routine running the Start AIONEmulator.bat, it got stuck on running 4. Configure Settings.bat, it says Compiled Login/Game/Chat server not found. Could not unzip and copy the server files. Please do SUN Update and compile the server files. could you help? not sure what's going on here. Thanks in advance

your server work, but i got long delay when gathering and long respond from killing monster. when i hit monster, no damage shown and monster took long time to respond. after monster hit back, then damage starting to show. is there some setting i should change?

btw, i'm using updated EU client from gameforge, it seems v3.5. since u mention client compatibility with 3.0/3.1, is there downgrade files i can get from?
i'm trying to download US client from NCSoft rite now, coz i saw someone hav downgrade file for this client. 20gigs for client gonna takes long times for me :closedeyes:

so, it's the same problem.. i was thinking to download NA version and using the downgrade files. but it seems u also had same problem. it's a bug then. did u also had long time in gathering? and collecting quest seems need more item to collect (eq. asking 3 aria, need to collect more than 3 aria. if only hav 3 aria, npc not accept it and say it's not enough)

i didn't tryed much i tryed to gather and i seen nothing happen he just stay like that and i move so he canceled after i took a quests that need some mobs i tryed to kill some but when i hit them they didn't took any damage so i thought maybe is something like in wow gm mode on off so i changed from 5 back to 0 in database but again same thing nothing happen so is something wrong with the repack and i quite tryng :P
