[GunZ] GHOUL Gaming Network - Recruiting All

Hello coder, graphic designers, and web developers. We are looking for developers to assist us on our GunZ Private Server. In case you are wondering what it is. GHOUL Gaming Private Network is a network in development of private game servers. We are trying to get up at the least 6 game servers by March. We currently have 2 and one of those are in development. Those servers are for Minecraft and GunZ. In thread we will be recruiting new members to the GunZ side of the network.
To begin, I shall introduce myself. I'm Dylan/DamianDarc/Deathtaker26 I've been programming since I was 11 years of age and know multiple different programming/scripting languages include Java/C++/C#/C/VB and more. I am also a graphics and web designer and have my certifications in Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Adobe DreamWeaver CS5. I decided two months ago that I was going to extend my knowledge in servers and programming by developing a new community of private networks.

Requirements:
We do have some requirements for recruiting they're not too strict but they are important to us and our community.
1: All staff in the GHOUL Gaming network is require to be AT LEAST 15 years of age.
2: All staff are required to speak fluent english, no offence but we require this for customer quality.
3: You are required to have intentions of developing a clean and enjoyable gaming community
4: Must have active contact with me for at the least 3 hours a week.
5: Must have atleast one voice call with me to discuss matters

So one last thing I thought of, you're probably wondering if there is a pay. If you're joining for a Graphic designer, Admin/Moderator, or developer/tester I'm afraid there is not. However, as a start as a coder/programmer there isn't but later as the network becomes more popular we me be able to pay you for each code you submit to us. There is no promises on this as of now. It's all dependent on how popular the server becomes.
