What language is it written in? And does it include the source?

C# codes it seems ... Sounds COOL

i have seen way better but this is nice still you should try to make a better one.

Hello probility.

I wondered that there are possibilities to modify the panel so they can not take action moderators bone administrators do not have the same options and permissions as the administrator and if such items would be sent for a maximum of days and to send event coins.

Ehm... You can send E Coins (event coins)
And u can send item for period.
And for your other question..
Im working on it atm :)
