Gameserver stop working [With picture]

I have the problem when I start the gameserver, its load for data folder and suddenly it will stop.
Anyone had this problem before and how to fix it?
I hope there is someone can teach and help me, all help will be appreciate so much~~

Check the "_RefRegionBindAssocServer" ..

which column should I looking for?

Check it if u Open uncompleted town like arabia or something like that
