Need help to edit npc in lorencia

Guys please help me this is the plan i want to edit all the npc in lorencia to sell sets and weapons on all character.

put +13+luck+dsr options

for example at sell Leather + shield + weapon + BK skills + 2nd lvl bk wing
and for the other npc sells, sphinx set(wiz), skull staff, skill books etc...

If anyone kind to make this files and send it ready to use that will be appreciated

Or kind people will help or give me instruction tutorial that will be grateful too.
