Download Outspark - Take their Roumen/Eld/Urg files, it's Winter, so I'm sure they have the snow towns by now.
If you want the Christmas tree..

Outspark hasnt released their new winter reskins yet, but they are coming. they have their old winter skins in their map files, but you need to use the old nifs not any of the new ground nifs (including the birthday skin, and the halloween urg skin) (otherwise parts will have multiple nifs and it causes the graphics to "flicker")
