Creating an NPC from A to Z

Hello to everyone,

After a few pages of reading on various forums discussing it, I realized that I could not find the solution to my problem.

I am developer source / resource for my project, the problem is that I need to create quests and dialogues.

I already know to use Beast to place / move the NPC's on the map.
But I would need a small expliquation on the method used to provide a dialogue and a quest system sale my new name and a new NPC visual in.
