Cabal Setup Problems [TDP Cabal Ep2 repack v2.81 [xmas]]

Hello I have some questions about server....

I fist time making cabal server and i have some questions and if can please help me:

Nation war:
1.Points should be given not only for the murder of the other nations, and for the damage to the prison, and for the damage done to me. That is 10k damage = 1 point. Similarly for 10k damage to me.

2. No special line under the HP and MP. Which allows you to use a combo or fighting aura (not only nation war, but in server too)

3. The Guardians have HP regen if not finished off. And you when I kill you under guard and then you come to the base to drain

4. All collected during the war of nations, should disappear after the war. Legacy Weapon disappeared, and the banks have remained in inventory.

Sorry for my bad english, and i hope than you can help me :)

Legacy Weapon always will be lost... you can use this only in Nation war(its game concept)

with other you can configure it by personally(im not sure for points)
