Drop from FireCracker/Heart of Love and other

Have something f**king problem with drop from firecracker and other boxes.

on all items set max level - is 8 and exc - 0 but from this boxs sometime drop Exc items ... And how i can set minimal enchant level for droped item? Did someone know this? Try to looking guides or other but can`t find it ...

The configuration is in the archive commonserver.cfg for defect, in the line: (C:\MyServer\data\commonserver.cfg).

Thx its work. But how i can set minimal enchant level of droped items? Now droped - 0 < x < lvl_in_txt_file

is random, at least in my files ...
