Transfer tables from one database to another

I was doing an update on my server, but I decided to make another database. I have to transfer my characters?

can u help me with that i dont have experience in sql

it maybe hard for me to explain
use generate scripts option on MSSQL 2008 and set the option of generating them to a query per object it will generate a query for each table or sp then just edit the queries you need i can't explain that well
