authentication failed[Odin][Update dont work!]

If i start the run.bat (odin)
i get that authentication failed to see
Everything is started.
Added token , Account
Run server local
run.bat:
odin.exe -osk_server 127.0.0.1 -osk_token 1234567890abcdefghi -osk_store google.nl
who can help me ? :?:

It's because your _OdinRestServer isn't started. Check if you have Apache and/or SQL Reporting Services in your service list, if you do, stop them. Also check if skype is using port 80.
