Map is under maintenance - only at some Accounts

Hey guys,
new files: some Accounts seem to be broken...suddenly they can't login anymore, Map is under maintenance bug....don't know why and don't know when this happens....
I had this problem for about 3 times, all the other accounts are runnig well...
does anyone know about this?

Change the character's map to a another location with the databases. It can be one of these things:

- The character is in out-of-bounds coordinates

- The character is in a unloaded map, because the zone of these map isnt open

- The character is inside a unwalkable object / collision

- The character is in restricted area throw GameMasters "send to jail" command

Thanks for your help, but this doesn't seem to be the solution. Error still exists.
The strange thing is that this message is on every char of the bugged account, so it has to do something with the account.
