New balanced lucky skill by me .. in :

CH:

1- Sword
2- Spear
3- Bow

EU:

1- Warlock
2- Cleric
3- Bard

Duration time : 1:30 Hour
and Cool time : 12 Hour

but On Database 100% Work
On Client side 99% Work :)
Start client normally and Login with id - pw and When i select my character and press Start = Crash

Any idea about what's problem !

becuase you are a noob and newbie

Check lines about overlaping. Maybe another skill is in the same row.
I've needed to edit the lines of CH chars a little bit too.
