[HELP] CHANGE mac address

how to change mac aaddress to 001676BE079B ??
i already use some tools , but it say need to purchase to change it = =
or cant change to 00 ........ please help !!!

i alreadt use some software..but need to purchase to buy the software , and change the MAC
i found a software ...can change mac with free ...but need start 02XXXXX cant start with 00XXXX

i know why i cant change to 00XXXXXX because i m using wifi adapter....... help meT_T
i need to change to 00 to play dragonica !!!
