Funny, but it's too large.
Maximum = 40x40 pixels
There's too much on it for a staff badge, but it's neatly done, good job.
The most accievement badges are 48x48, and almost all badges on habborator have a 50x50 dimension.. But thanks for your feedback, you probably know more about it than i do.

It's a really nice badge, but it's a bit overwhelming. There is just to much random stuff.

If someone want's this for his hotel, i will scale it. But im bussy doing other stuff, so onley if you realy want to use this i will scale.
The badge design is really nice maybe put something else as the text instead of admin, maybe summer or something related to the images you have used.

If any one has intrests to use it for his hotel, Just ask me, i will Resize it and i will change the text to any text you like.
