Use IdaPro, find the load function of mob.enc, then edit your function. I don't know why you ask such things, when you have all the knowlodge on this forum, all tools and hints. View with IdaPro, make modifications with ollydbg. Simple as hell.
Edit: I don't belive that cabalmain has any monster limit in it. Just search if there is...
