Request Dat converter// Dat - BMP

Anyone know DAT converter that can convert DAT to BMP?
I want the name, I had googled it and I got nothing.
If got download link will be better, thanks in advance for any help :)

The correct method is it:
Open Photoshop , select CMKY , edit you file; save for extension .jpeg and rename file for .dat

Nah ! Easy way :
Change .dat to .bmp ;) ONLY BMP !
