Runtime files would be a bigger size compared to 2003 from what I know.
the file will be bigger, and the security from some codes are better vsprintf_s etc,
and it will make it compitable with windows 8
Better, Have a Lot of new functions, But you will get alot of problem after the conversion.
Like 15465465465 HP, AP, In the character selection you will not see the character face, clothes...
So you need to fixed them by your self.
