Linux Files Can't connect to Windows DB, What CentOS are using?

im using CentOS 4.6 : Index of /4.6/isos/i386
i've tested pinging PC<->CentOS and ping is successful.
The cabal server can't connect to your SQL server, make sure there is no firewall in the way and the username and password used to Log in to SQL are correct.You may want to use a shorter password
edit: added logs in text form on the 1st page, to make it clear to see.
Have you, by any chance, forgot to enable TCP/IP protocol on SQL?
firewall disabled and also TCP/IP protocol enabled, still the same
Did you check your odbc.ini settings already?
