[Maplestory] Recruiting maple coders!

Currently I'm looking for a Maplestory Developer, because we are opening a maplestory server because many people asked for it, there is a big chance that you can become a Co-owner if your good enough in coding.
We currently have 200-250 visitors a day on the website and I already have a MS testing team ready to test.
We have not decided about rates or things like that.
I've got a dedicated server ready for usage, everything is already installed like Mysql, java etc..
