[Help] Gtop Incentive Top 100 Api System for Lithium

During his post in the Second Section referring to going into LoginServer.Java, He say to find what he has or similar to it, "TimerManager" but the thing is, I'm using Lithium Source and Looking through the LoginServer.Java, I can't seem to find where to exactly place his Script he said to place. If anyone can please help out. Please and Thank you !
