a couple of suggestions sir.
1. explain who you are and what you want them to do for you.
2. Tit for tat, which means, if they waste valuable time on your project, what are you willing to give them in return?
3. if you're looking for some kind of partnership, you should probably tell us more about your project, your whole perspective, this is like a sale, the more you explain about what you need and what your perspective of your project is the more people gets interested, they might even help just for some percentage of the donations every month if you're lucky.
