you need make clean account and shard db... here you can find this query

i have server have long time only now get erro

ok the problem is that you removed the abuse filter by the looks of it which has not only what is not allowed but also what is allowed and by removing it that will cause you to not be allowed to create any new chars . solution is to put in a new abuse filter with everything in it and only take out the words you want to use and leave everything else alone.
