as title says how can change Helper lvl requirment TT 11.00.xx files?
Don't think lvl requirement is coded in mu helper. unless you're talking about Shadow Phantom buff, then it is configurable in commonserver.cfg.

Then I guess you're out of luck unless you code it in.. :/ Good Luck though!
