@Nathan Scott, it looks like you either haven't configured your config file for Woodpecker, or you have the wrong password in the config file. It must be your MySQL password.

It's easy. The MySQL settings are wrong. For example if your host is localhost and you use server it won't work because there's no host called server. Most of time, host = localhost, on xampp username = root, password is one you set on xampp and database is the database you've created with the imported WoodpeckerDB.
Check all settings again.
