'Failed to initialize New Trade manager' after add arabian?

[CNewTradeManager::_CheckReferenceData] - data needs for New Trade (_RefRegion -> AreaName : TOWN_ARABIA) !!
[CNewTradeManager::Initialize] - CheckRefData failed!!!
Failed to initialize New Trade manager
Failed To Init Local Data
SR_GameServer is initialized successfully


whats the wrong?thank for any help.

just add the data.pk2 of arabia in server local files

do you mean i should download csro,update ,and extract data.pk2 ,then copy data folder to server files ?

i do this,still the same error.
