Pangya PServer Login Issues

I have Developed my client and such, made the database and ODBC Connections according to this guide : http://forum.ragezone.com/f513/pangy...server-719011/ and gotten this as an error.

I Have all servers running on my simple VPS..But I can't log on, I have hexed my PangYa.exe with the IP of the VPS, is that correct? Anyways, Here is the servers running. http://img542.imageshack.us/img542/6...verrunning.png

Firewall / NAT configuration?

I enabled all ports that Pangya uses on VPS. I'm trying to enable now on PC. Maybe that will change it, Idk :) and may I ask what is NAT?
