Mail with fash problem

I have a problem , i dont know why but this is what is happending:
I added fashion into mail , i recieve the mail , i see the item , but when i click to get the item i wont get it in my inventory , and i added mask and proctype correct

i fixed that but now it says unable to equip

Are you sure the HexCode is right ? It's always something very simple.
Check everything, make sure it isn't already bound to anyone or anything too if that still doesn't work reply back..
