You normally set the rates for upgrade from Const.scp right? , and there are only until +7. Correct me if i'm wrong. (just asking) only had a look on them.

did you try installin all the rpms via yum, meaning gettin the updated versions of each one, and also did u install the supplied cabal rpm before copying new files ? and are u usin centos 5.x 32 bit ?
