Cabal Server Management(Cabal EP8 GM Tools)

Hello,

It's time to release the first beta version of this awesome application today. After the application will be finished this would be a fully Server Management Tool.

Today, is released the beta version and also FREE. The functionalities of this first beta version are Account Management and Character Management. It will be soon followed by an Improved Character Management, an Item Manager,Cash Shop Manager, AH Manager, Server Side Management and few other tricks. Some of those you will be able to find only on the PRO(Premium) Version of the tool which I haven't decided how I will release.

Back to the current version (1.0.0.5) it's a self-updating application published by Data-Soft and the requirements for this application will be largely displayed on the download and install page.The application check for updates when it starts up so make sure you don't press the "Skip" button.

The application should work flawlessly for now, but if you encounter any errors/bugs you can either post here but also at mail:support[at]data-soft.org. Any suggestions,opinions will be greatly appreciated.
Expect updates coming in tonight and the following updates, as any bugs that may occur will be fixed but also further develop.

I hope you will really enjoy this. Stay tune for more.

Looks like the app is running into a problem with the Grade(Class Rank) editing. The option has been removed until fixing.

@magraopb I chose this method because this way I can control the updates&bug fixes.No one will see the MSSQL data. It saves only locally.

ok, but if have a people, and these people want use your app and have not internet, or this app will be offline too in future?

The Application works offline very well. It just need to install and update nothing more. After you installed, you can disable your internet connection.

By the way the Class rank bug has been repaired and is rolling out with version 1.0.0.7. Just update the application.

EDIT: I got your point. I will update 1st post with the offline version.

system for this application is 64 bit and 32bit system I have and am playing quietly as you do not have an editor to publish both system?

Download offline app -> go to folder, -> 2 click -> crash

Online version app, -> try again "now" and work O.o (before tried many times)

My opinion.
Because these instabilities i think better be a offline app

If you add Alz, and try to Get into the Game, you'll get DC with the following Information:

Disconnected

• You have been disconnected from the server.
Please relog in after clicking 'OK'

Are you just Updating the Alz Value as the exact Dec Value into the database?
Havent checked it yet, but if so, its no wonder why this error occurs.

The Alz value is Coded, ive not checked into what Code, but ill find it out later.

Test it yourself ;)

The Problem is On server side. You Must disable the Alzhack Check to prevent your char being kick by your server.

Find this line on ur WorldSvr_xx_xx and change 1 to 0.

Do not try to edit alz too high, it will also bug your char.I tested with 8b and worked very well.

Alz will DC you after 50b but it will DC you even if you add 1 alz if alzhackcheck is enabled.

I am kinda in a trouble with my time, but by the next week a lot of updates will be coming in. Just be patient and remember I have a life too outside this forum.

I have tested the tool and everything works, Its very nice.

I have noticed that a folder gets created in documents and can be used as a portable, so its not really a online tool. : P

I would like to see a version intended to be offline too, when it gets completed. :thumbup:

Suggestion's:
- A option to completely delete old unused accounts would be nice.
- Check if the account is banned (Account is banned: Yes/No)
- All tools had a LVL editing option but lacked the feature to edit EXP amount which only the Binary Mass tool had

You have to define what old unused accounts mean, before even think about that.
I haven't implemented an EXP editing not because it was hard or so, because it's pointless, why would you want to add EXP?

In EP2 when the lvl is being edited the exp amount must also be edited.

example:
lvl 1 = 0 - 50,000exp
,..
lvl 80 = 360,000 - 670,000exp
lvl 81 = 670,000 - 1,570,000exp

Character being edited by tool:
lvl 80 = 460,000exp
to
lvl 1 = 460,000exp

lvl 1 = 0exp
to
lvl 80 = 0exp

The lvl is ok but the exp amount is not, so I had to go to binary tool and edit the exp ammount correctly to the lvl.

i filled in every blanks and clicked "Test connection" then it said "Connection Successful". But When i'd clicked login i got the same error w/ ArmOReTotTL instead i opened tcpip pipes and disable firewall. I'm using windows 8

i'm sure. In MSSQLIP field i inputted ip of my mssql xxxx\SQLEXPRESS not lpV4 address because it didnt say "Connection Successful" by a large windows of error code

You will get the same error, if you have a slow connection to the server and it fails to connect in time.

Got the same Error as above..

Ip is like 127.0.0.1\SQLEXPRESS
all data filled in correctly, windows firewall is disabled and named pipes are on..
At Test Connection its working, but when i click Log In, there will be an Error "Input correct data"..

Hey I just got done setting up my database's and centos and cabal. Everything worked. But when i try to log in on this tool with 127.0.0.1 or my routers ip address 192.168.1.3 it gives me a can not connect. Im using sa and my password that always works... So what could be the issue? Thanks Emi. This release looks very handy btw.

P.S can it create accounts?

Yes it can create accounts. The problem does it's not within the tool but to the connection to the SQL server :)

I got it working i had to reinstall mssql.

New question. When i change the chars nation to GM and try to log in on the char my client doesnt load. Why is that? It freezes on client load.
