Some help with media.pk2

I exchanged the media.pk2 in my client with another one to get the d12 and d13 items, and I got them :) but I found all the names have disappeared NPCs, items, skills (are in this form ????????) Any help with the part in media.pk2 responsible for names ?

Get from your old media.pk2 some .txt files, like.. textdata_obj and check if its right..
