Failed to connect to server

Ok so i got everything set up. Ep8 client with Darksteelmans patch. Changed the internal to my centos ip. I try to log in just using a BS account thats not created and it should say"invalid account or whatever" but instead the blue bar loads all the way and says "failed to connect to server. please try later."

I changed my internal to 192.168.1.11 and my ip that i used when setting extornias repack that asks "what ip you want the players to connect to" aka my ip address i got from what is my ip. But neither of them connected or give me a invalid account.

I cant get the GM ep8 tools to connect to my database even though when i put in localhost and all the info it says connection successful but then when i go to log in it says please use the correct data. But 127.0.0.1 and my PC ip 192.168.1.3 wont work. So idk how to create a account.
