Check the DNS system ODBС there way to create a database server automatically. It can be configured incorrectly.
your odbc configuration is wrong guys...and dont forget check your ini setting
I read FAQ from likerturban and problem is solved
check your ip
it's trouble not in IP but their odbc setting is wrong,, so cant connect to SQL server.
