Hello, i am jsut wondering if anyone can tell me how to start making a custom cms, and any good ways to learn, also do i have to make pictures of the theme to code something also i will need to learn how to code please help!

You will need to know: php, mysql, html, css, javascript for a starter but to make a good one you will need more. If you don't know any of these i think you will be better of using RevCMS and learn php so you can edit it a bit.
