i believe there is no settting about that u can modify your character lvl and master quest lvls think about that u can figure it out
where configure master skill lvl, change lvl 300 to 0 ...Quote:

Open Skill.ini from Lang/Kor
and find number begin with 300 to 600+ and remove it.
and open MasterSkillTreeData.txt set MxL Value to 0 all.
