Real? If so, anyone else receive any?

Well, all they would do is scare the hosting company into removing the content. Whomever carries the content over the internet like say your isp or hosting company is the only ones to be effected from what I have seen on other pirating issues. Its not like they will go after anyone in major unless they are selling content or stealing its users in the thousands I can imagine.

I am my own web host though...

CloudFlare is a DNS provider, they have nothing to do with content hosted on your server and can't request that you take anything down. It's fake.

Don't give information to people when you CLEARLY do not know. This could be very well real as sulake is known to send DMCA's to Cloudflare.

Message cloudflare and ask for them to give you the IP of who sent the email (Or ask them to check the IP via whois to see if its registered to Sulake) If not it will be fake :)

But this looks very real and is in Sulakes normal format.

Lol. Ring them to see if it is real. I wonder why they take down your own written server instead of a big hotel like zaphotel, sunnieday or doxhotel. It is just that Sulake is kinda dumb. They should take down the big ones instead of wasting time (time = money) on small servers.

Like Michael says, ask them for the ip and then use WHOIS. If you want to be sure then call their office.

EDIT: I think they found your hotel due to the RaGEZONE ad. I wonder who will buy that spot next month.

I spoke to them on the phone, its real. And what they told me in the email would indicate they are cracking down.

Seems I was wrong. Just tell them to take you to court, they will probably leave it at that.

Why would Cloudflare bother asking you to remove shit. They should just delete your domain off their system and refuse to let you add it back = sorted for everyone.

On second thoughts that looks like a really bad fake. It's not even a legal DMCA take-down notice...

It has empty sections, there is no statement that the given information is correct and the sender hasn't even stated that he/she is authorised to issue that DMCA notice on behalf of Sulake.

Who would even believe that shit? Honestly, if I received that email about a website on my host I wouldn't even bother forwarding it. It's a joke.
