Path thing not showing up? [SWF] [Phoenix]

Hey.:):

I just "installed" the newest SWF pack on my retro from DCR Project.
But when moving my mouse over this http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/261...fbe81eeaf4.png nothing happens, but when doing it on another retro it looks like this http://i.imgur.com/2usUgL8.png

How do I fix this?
