Server Up but experiencing problem

Hi well i created a server, everything was simple and easy enough and i got through most of the problems but.... i try to log in ( works) and create a character (works) but right after that it says disconnect from server?

I believe i did not set up the launcher right although it did work and everything was perfect.... but it said disconnect from server can someone please help me with this.... if you would like to help me using msn or anything my msn is s12khan@hotmail.com

U didnt do all ip's correct.

Or he can try another HEXed exe file.
and yes check all the settings again :)
