new game server hooking problem ?

hi all
im trying to wrote some code for new gameserver 1.00.93.
ive a problem when im hooking some dll (dosent metter what dll) the gs crashing in LoadLibraryA function.

the problem is not in the dll file (i was trying to make it empty) still crashing for no reason.
if im not hooking any dll the gs coming up just fine .
