SQL Creating Account

Hello! Can someone help me creating account through sql? MuMaker and other editors doesnt work so. I do not remember how to make an account on sql but i knew before. Can someone remind me? Im on MuOnline database there is account character,memb_stat and so on what shall i do? Please help me!

try to edit dbo.MEMB_STAT for creating account and dbo.Character for editing a character what is to explain ?
