[HELP] Public Furniture Glitch [R63]

Hi, im rank 7 but i cant touch the Public Furniture after putting them down in the room, i have to write :furni and then i just can, pickup, rotate and move. I can't double click them :(

It is not a glitch, they work like they should be. They disabled mouse clicking.

How do i enable this?
