Tools move characters to different Database

How to transfer characters from
Database MuOnline into Database Me_MuOnline
Who is this Tools let me ask

backup your database
and rename MuOnline to Me_MuOnline
this works for me .......

ps
if you have n sql database MuOnline delete and create new database name Me_MuOnline and restore
