As you can see. I already edit exp rate number and SAVE the text ..but why when i test still Nothing Change???...I still not understand pls help me how to setting exp rate???

If so, did you restart your server after you made changes?

Use these commands in the terminal:

for rates u need just to reload the service ( service cabal reload) :P
