Cabal EP8: ChatNode_01ini and AgentShop_01.ini Fail..Help ME

As the picture above.. ChatNode_01ini and AgentShop_01.ini fail..i not understand..what must i do..please help me

This is my ChatNode_01ini and AgentShop_01.ini file..may check pls what wrong:

Manually start it with service ChatNode_01 start and service AgentShop_01start

GO:
etc/crontab

input in last line

See the red number, will start all stoped servcises one in one minute (you can change 1 to other if you want)
