No, it's the full packet. Just add the SWF's into your SWF/Gamedata Folder and replace the xml datas.
Should work, so for me it's working with BcStorm.

The clothes work perfectly, I am on phoenix as well with no issues, I don't think people are stupid for using phoenix I think people above me are just plain arrogant and rude calling other people stupid.

I can't see my own avatar any longer, and the other VIP clothes don't work anymore.
