I'm on Win 7 64-bit with AMD DUO Core 2 processor + 3GB rams. I was able to open Global Manager and Gateway Manager, but all other stays on Not Responding (Frozen). I'm assuming it's compatiblities? Anybody recommend a 32-bit or higher rams?

nvm; after allow all incoming and outgoing from firewall then restart the pc; it works fine now, but new issue arises.
3gb of ram is really low to host sql server + serverfiles
