Have you bothered to boost your culti, or do your culti quests? because in the worst pwi server package files, the one thing I do know works for sure are the culti and skills. Re check everything, because you haven't done something, or are doing something wrong. Also not showing us your char info screen so we can see your culti, doesn't help us at all.

then sxymxd84 is right.. you must do your Cultivation Quest or Edit your char info using iWeb XML edit....search the forum for instructions to do that.
bu. bu. bu. but, he shouldn't have to do culti, because he's level 140, that is 35 levels above the REAL cap of PW (and that makes 'em better than anyone else) <.<
But seriously, I don't know why you would bother asking here when it directly spelled it out for you " Notice :: You Not Have Reached The Required Spritual Cultivation Level"... It doesn't get any more blunt than that...
Sir , I think When Level Up , The Culti Should Up too , But When Im Level 140 The culti Like As lv 1 ..
Spiritual level is different than the character's level. It's somewhat like comparing physical strength with mental/spiritual strength...Quote:

Either you're new in Perfect World, or you never played a server that you have to make cultivation quests.
Well, if you don't want to go through all that trouble, just open your character's XML with pwAdmin or iWeb, and edit "level2" to 32 ("evil 3") or 22 ("god 3").
