Yes, tested DW new skill tree data added by you and i have same problem (no effect in game).
I have a question: how you found numbers from red border?

you need to number in skill tree, left column start from 1 and is 4 skill per row, see screen Shoot:

i see effect in game , and i stop to insert in server side:( but visual work, i verrify why not work and problem is in skill(KOR).txt because there have other option:D for ID SKILL number from SCF_SkillTree, i try to use same config from IGCN EX700 server files but no work because server side read and add other prop. for every skill, but in few characters:D probably MU die here, no body no crack and create correct server side for EX700 and webzen have Season 8:))))), this is my ideea.
In my server i add most new mix from season8 but with custom NPC....and much more

you mean what? mu online and it's pservers? only mu died... now for the Ex:700 server, you can try smallhabit's server, or buy IGC.Quote:

i got all of this, but all character skills wont use, i mean, if you add points at character skills(ice storm, buffs, etc) the character will not use it anymore, main? maybe, i dont know, server side is fully coded and working, u can add points, see the effect working, but character cant use the EX skills(as i sayd, ice storm, nova, meteor, soul barrier)...
