Phoenix 3.11.0 is now free, non-cracked released from Aaron.

He didn't want to verify everyone payments via Paypal, to restore everyone's licences that they paid for because that would take ages. So he decided to avoid the hassle and just release it lol.
Too much of a hassle to keep on having to find users with proof-of-purchase. He'd much rather charge everyone again for 4.0. Hes already earned his buck. Maybe 4.0 will be free, if he wants to eliminate every accusation of monstrosity.

I don't think you should be running a hotel, if you do not know the basics... Upload Phoenix's 3.11.0 sql file, located in the sql folder of the emu.
