Got huge problems with many errors and huge dc of users.

Which version of Phoenix are you using? And is it legitimate (the one Aaron released for free?)
Also, the errors may be caused by too many MySQL connections.

Hmm to me it looks like your MySQL needs more connections available. Download MySQL Administrator. It is a handy tool which shows a lot of information and you can make changes with it.
